What is your cancelation policy? 

Sponsorships are non-refundable, if for any reason you are unable to attend please email Yanely@tso.com. 

To add additional guests to your Family Reunion Sponsorship registration please log in using your username and password. Please note there is limited space available in the exhibit hall. We allow (2) registrants per Standard Sponsorship, for all other sponsorships (Silver, Gold and Platinum) there is a maximum of 5 registrants per sponsorship. If, you would like to add more registrants to your sponsorship please contact Yanely@tso.com. 

When does registration close? 

Registration will close when we are sold out on booth space.

Which is the nearest airport? 

It is easy to get to the hotel located at 2201 North Stemmons Freeway (I-35E), only 20 minutes from the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport and 10 minutes from Dallas Love Field Airport.
