Room Block
Please read this section carefully, as the procedures and requirements for room reservations below, have changed:
1. To book your room(s) please click HERE.
2. All rooms are reserved on a first come, first reserved basis.
3. TSO Network Office will not be responsible for reserving any rooms for the 2024 Family Reunion Conference. If an office requires more than ONE room to be reserved during inside or outside of the conference dates of June 9-11, 2024, you may still book those rooms using our room block, if there are rooms available.
4. To receive full reimbursement for your room you must submit your hotel's folio via email to accounting@tso.com before July 31, 2024.
5. Any and all additional room charges outside of the occupancy rate within the room block, tax and daily resort fees will not be reimbursed. Including but not limited to: pet fees, food charges, telephone services, dry cleaning, pay-per-view, etc.
