We don’t know our company attendees yet. Can that information be changed or added in the future?

Yes, please make sure to create an account for the conference coordinator of the company (the person who is signing the company up). Up to four attendees per company is requested. These can be adjusted by simply logging back in and changing the names of the attendees.

 

We made room reservations that were cancelled in 2020. What do we do?

Using the link below, please re-register for 2021. All previous reservations have been cancelled with no penalty by the Hill Country Resort. Reserve your room here. 

 

What are the exhibit hall dates and times? 

Monday, June 14, 2021 exhibit hall hours are from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and also during the exhibitor reception from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Tuesday, June 15, 2021 exhibit hall hours are from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Breakdown is from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

 

What about safety protocols while at the conference? 

Your safety is our top priority. Working closely with the Hyatt Hill Country Resort staff, we have implemented the following safety measures:

  • All attendees, vendors, TSO staff, and hotel personnel will be required to wear a face mask
  • Daily temperature checks
  • Standard social distancing markers at check-in
  • Hand sanitizing stations
  • Social distancing in all classrooms
  • Increased spacing in the exhibit hall
  • Increased cleaning of frequently touched services on areas like doors, elevators, etc.

What is the date that our advertisements are due?

All advertisements and handouts must be submitted by FRIDAY, May 21, 2021. TSO is not responsible for printing handouts.

 

We would like to sponsor an afternoon continuing education session or a selfie spot. When will we receive details on our placement? 

Upon a completed registration, you will receive information on the dates, time and opportunities still available from the TSO Network. 

 

We will have a FAMILY REUNION show special. Can you send that information to attendees?

All show specials received on or before FRIDAY, May 21, 2021 will be promoted to attendees via the conference website and email. Please send to yanely@tso.com. 

 

We would like to send in materials for the general sponsor emails. What do we need to send and when?

Please send all materials via PDF as quickly as possible upon completing your registration. Multiple marketing documents are

welcome. Emails will be scheduled between May and June 2021. If materials were submitted for the June conference date, all updated materials are welcomed to be resubmitted to Yanely Rehkopf yanely@tso.com.
